SK Signature Fudge

This ultra creamy dark chocolate fudge is enhanced with the addition of
our decadent chocolate dessert wine.  A real flavor explosion to be savored
slowly as it melts in your mouth!
A great pairing with our sparkling wine, Sangiovese, Merlot, Zinfandel, or Primitivo

1 11oz package bittersweet or dark chocolate chips (We use 60% cocoa)
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter, melted
1-2 tsp vanilla
1-3 tbsp SK chocolate dessert wine (or SK Ruby dessert wine)

Place chocolate chips and cream in microwave safe bowl.
Heat 1 1/2 minutes in microwave.
Remove and stir until cream and chocolate is combined and smooth.
Add butter and stir to completely combine.
Add vanilla and dessert wine and stir to combine.

Pour into a wax or parchment paper-lined 10 x 6.5" pan.
Chill in refridgerator until set.
Turn out and cut into desired sized squares.  (Makes about 60 1" squares)

SK Decadent Chocolate Brownies

We like Ghiradelli Brownie Mix.  Substitute SK Chocolate Dessert Wine for the water
in the recipe.  VOILA!  Simple!  Bake until just done.  (Do not over bake.)
These are ridiculouly delicious....rich and moist...and amazing paired with our fine red wines!

Looking for a beautiful, simple and over the top decadent dessert?
The flavors meld in a way difficult to describe!  Magical! Steve's favorite!

Add the wine and heat slowly until just below the boiling point. Serve hot.  We served ours from a crockpot set on "Warm."
